2. How to Order?

✔ Step 1: Upload your favorite high-quality photo for the best result.
✔ Step 2: Enter the song name & artist (e.g., Mama - Spice Girls).
✔ Step 3: Choose Your Version:
• Standard Version (No LED Light) – Minimalist and elegant.
• LED Version – Features adjustable soft lighting for a warm and immersive experience.
✔ Step 4: Select your preferred frame color (Golden Oak, Dark Oak, Black, White).
✔ Step 5: Check out & complete your order!

💌 Order Confirmation Process
After receiving your photo, song selection, and version preference, our team will carefully review the details. Within 24 hours, we will send you an email containing:
• A preview of the photo to be printed.
• A link to the audio file that will be embedded in your Glow Tune Memento.
⚠️ *(You MUST approve the proof before we print)

Once you confirm everything is correct, we will proceed with production, so cancellations or modifications to orders will not be accepted, so please make sure your email is correct.

3. Production & Shipping Time
📌 Production Time: Since Glow Tune Memento is a handcrafted personalized product, we require 6-8 days to ensure perfect quality before shipping.
🚚 Estimated Shipping Time: 7-14 days, depending on shipping carriers.
🔍 Track Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING POLICY

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our products are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is being handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 weeks by the shipping companies to deliver your order to you. For more details, please see details at our Shipping Policy.

All orders are shipped fully tracked.Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Due to multiple warehouses, some products may be shipped separately at the same time.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon.
However, in some cases, delays may occur due to postal service issues.
Certain post offices may have limitations on package acceptance, resulting in delays.
Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@GlowTuneMemento.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (6-8 days). Once your order is on the way, tracking numbers will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in our system or you can track your order Here.

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 10 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you are still not able to locate your tracking information, please email support@GlowTuneMemento.com and our support team will get back to you right away. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

How can I pay?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments!

Taxes & Duties

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the fact that GlowTuneMemento products are personalized & printed-on-demand items, we will not accept returns. You can review our Return Policy Here.

However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us, our customer service team is willing to support you.

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spellings, names, the photo you attached & options carefully.

You are welcome to contact us support@GlowTuneMemento.com. If you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, orders only can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after being placed, as they are sent into production after that.

My delivery is damaged

In the rare case, that your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you receive your orderand we’ll replace it for you right away!
To begin:
1. Take a few videos or photos clearly showing the issue with the product, along with photos of the front and back of the product, and the box it was shipped in (if the box was also damaged).
2. Email us with the subject line “Return: Damaged or Defective item with your order #” with the photos at support@GlowTuneMemento.com and our staff will respond to you within 24 hours.
