Refund Policy

Please note that our return policy is valid for 20 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date for replacement or refund requests only. If your purchase falls outside of this timeframe, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Only items purchased directly from https://GlowTuneMemento.com will be accepted for return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Please submit your request for a refund or exchange within the specified timeframe of our return policy.

1. RECEIVED ITEMS:
If you encounter any of the following issues with received items, please contact support@GlowTuneMemento.com to report the issue and request a refund or replacement.

We accept refund or exchange requests for the following reasons only:

* Please ensure to attach proof images in the contact form. We are unable to process requests without proper proof.

- Incorrect or defective item received (e.g., wrong color, wrong size)
For incorrect or defective items, we can offer a refund or replacement.

- Damaged or broken item received
For damaged or broken items, we can offer a refund or replacement.

- Missing item(s) in the order received
If an order arrives with one or more items missing, we will ship out the missing piece(s) upon receipt of detailed photos for quality control purposes.

- Quality issues with the received product (e.g., blurry printing, faded printing)
For items with quality issues, we can offer a refund or replacement.

- Incorrect item received
If the item received is entirely different from what was ordered, we can offer a refund or replacement.

2. SHIPPING ISSUES:
If you experience any of the following shipping issues, please contact us to report the issue and request a refund or replacement.

- No updated progress in the tracking system for an extended period
We will process a refund or reshipment if tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days (for US orders) or more than 30 days (for international orders).

Please note: No refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting carriers.

- Package delivered to an incorrect address
If the package is delivered to a location different from the recipient's address, we will refund or replace the item.

- Package returned to sender despite a valid and correct address
We will replace the order returned to sender or refund your order.

- Notice from the post office indicating the package was lost in the mail
We will replace the lost order or refund your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
Requests must be submitted within 20 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date to qualify for credit or replacement. Please contact us or send an email to support@GlowTuneMemento.com.

To file a claim, you must provide the following information (mandatory):

• Email address
• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Attached picture/video of proof of the faulty product
• Complete delivery address
• Contact telephone number

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

We do not offer replacements or refunds for mistakes made by the customer:

• Incorrect shipping addresses.
• Invalid address entry.
• Improper care, damages in use.
• Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
The production process starts quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it starts being made. Normally, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours.

Changes to the address or email registered to the order can be made directly in your online receipt until production of the order starts.

For any other changes, please contact us here before production starts. Be sure to include your order number and details on the change to expedite processing it for you.

Please notice:

*If your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it, therefore, please contact our Customer Service HERE as quickly as possible.

*If your order was shipped out already, nothing can be changed any longer.

*We only accept changes within 24 hours from the time you place your order to ensure shipping time.
